Advanced security features include customizable motion detection zones, scheduled recording, and USB 2.0 connectivity for transfering video files to your computer. It is powered by the included AC adapter, but it also has a built-in lithium ion battery that automatically charges when you plug it in, giving you ultimate portabillity and convenience. You can even connect this device to your TV to view recorded camera footage on a larger screen, or for entertainment purposes, connect it to your DVD player to record DVDs in MPEG4 video straight to the DVR for personal viewing.
